The first floor 120 person capacity for $80 an hour. Personal Bartender for an additional $35 an hour. With an open Soft drink bar for a one time fee of $25 for up to 50 people, and $35 for up to 100 people, the bartender must be present for this. $100 Dollar security deposit. Sound System and Dance floor available.
